A Quick Word on Heat
Now, there is a trade-off. High output means high heat. If you crank up the wattage to speed up sterilization, you’ve got to make sure your cooling fans or heat sinks can handle it. If the quartz envelope gets too hot, the lamp burns out early and your UVC output drops off a cliff. Keep it cool, and it’ll last. We keep a massive pile of these standard models in stock.
