Instead of tearing out your entire conveyor frame every time you need more power or a wider coverage area, you just add or swap modules. It’s a drop-in process. Let’s talk about risk. It’s tempting to go with the cheapest hardware available, but in international shipping, that’s a gamble. Cheap, knock-off gear often gets flagged at customs. Keeping Things Cool
High-intensity UV lamps get hot. Really hot. If that heat builds up, the spectral output shifts, and suddenly your cure rate is shot. Your product doesn’t set right, and you’re wasting money. Our cooling channels are there to stop that from happening. Just make sure your exhaust system can actually handle the heat (the BTUs) of all the modules you’ve installed. If the air can’t move, the lamps will fry. To keep you from having to babysit the machine, we built safety interlocks right into the modules. If a cooling fan quits, the power kills automatically. It’s a simple fail-safe that saves you from a very expensive mistake.
